Terms of services for commissions by Vixeus Artistry.
I own the artwork (full copyright of my work), and am therefore allowed to use the artwork in my social media and portfolio.
You are not allowed to resell or use the art for commercial use without the commercial license fee paid for of $250 per. Artwork commissioned.
Personal use does not include: using it as advertising for your products, content, or services, using it for the cover of a book/magazine/album/etc. that you intend to sell, mass producing prints, shirts, or other types of merch with it, resale in any way.
You can not alter the artwork, by yourself or another artist without further discussion with me.
The commission contains 4 stages; sketch, line art, flat colours and final rendering. You have ONE free adjustment per stage of the process. Any extra alteration, adjustment or the like cost 15$ extra per alteration, adjustment or change needed.
I’ll update with the process on each stage, and from accepting a commission to its completion, expect a process time between 10-15 days. This is for one illustration. With a commission including multiple artworks, expect a longer process period that might extend further than the 15 days.
The commissioner will be invoiced with the full amount of the final commission when the illustration is completed. Payment through Bank Transfer or PayPal.
